Maybe you remember seeing the pictues last Christmas of the windows at NK. They outfit it every year with some fantastic Christmas window dressing. This year, however, I wasn't able to get very close to the windows to take a picture. Will try maybe later but for now, it wasn't possible. It was fun, though, to see the awe-struck expressions on the faces of the little ones.

The lights are up in Gamla Stan. This part of Stockholm is beautiful all by itself but you throw in some Christmas lights and it's just, well definitely gets you in the Christmas spirit.

One of the things I really like here as for as how Christmas decorations go here is the simplicity. Most Christmas trees are very simply decorated with a few lights and maybe some ornaments. The point is, you can see the green of the tree. Also most windows have either candles or stars in them. Since it gets dark so early, it's a nice, cozy feeling all of the lights in the window. I bought a few stars for my apartment. Had to take picture of it. :)
