Car makes and models you never knew existed

....or at least I didn't know they existed. Walking around Stockholm I notice cars driving around. Mostly because somedays I think to myself, how nice I don't have to worry about gas prices, traffic, finding parking, etc. But other days (like when it's cold and raining) I miss having a car. I often see cars that I've never seen before. When I check to see what kind of car it is, often times it's a make and model that doesn't exist in the U.S. This one I saw walkng through the parking lot on my way to work. It caught my eye since Leon is one of my uncles' name. Had to take a picture and share. Here's thinking about you Uncle Leon.

Haga Park in the fall

One of Adrian's favorite places here is Haga Park. It's a historic park where kings use to live. It is beautiful. I decided to take a stroll through the park to see how it looks in the fall and it was gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. Lots of runners through the park so next weekend I think it will be a run in the park versus a stroll. Click here to find out more about Haga.

Not to be taken for granted

Living here isn't always a piece of cake. As is with most places, there's a negative side to where you live and sometimes you tend to just focus on that. One of the hassles but sometimes it's a benefit is the whole walking to most places thing. When it's nice outside then it's a benefit. Otherwise, not so much fun. I was going to a store that was located on the other side of the city. I took a bus that I thought would drop me off at a particular spot that would afford the lest amount of walking to said store. I miscalculated and was dropped off further away. I wasn't happy, it was chilly and windy outside but I had no choice, I had to walk. As I was walking I looked to my left and saw this view and immediately it dawned on me what a beautiful place this is. I take it for granted or don't notice because I'm too focused on getting through the day. I need to take in the beauty of this place.
